These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the services provided by Cathy Coyle, DRAOI, operating under Enodia Global Ltd. By accessing, purchasing, or engaging with any services, whether in person or online, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Your continued use of our site and services signifies your acceptance of these Terms.

Services Offered

Group Programs, 1:1 Coaching, Online programs, Group Retreats and Solo Retreats
Cathy Coyle, DRAOI, and Enodia Global Ltd. offer various programs, including but not limited to group programs, 1:1 coaching, group retreats, and solo retreats. These services are designed to promote personal development and are grounded in a Psycho-Spiritual Perspective, incorporating elements such as Shamanic practices, Breath Work, Energy Work, and Meditative States. Cathy’s practice is built on Nondual Spiritual foundations.

Refund Policy

Digital Products:

• Refunds: You may request a refund for digital products within 14 days of the date of purchase, in alignment with EU legislation, provided that the product has not been downloaded or accessed. Once a digital product with an immediate download option (such as Elementals) has been purcahsed and you have been enrolled on the teachable platform, no refunds will be issued.

1:1 Coaching Services:
Refunds for 1:1 coaching services are available under the following conditions:

• You may request a refund within 7 days after the first session.
• No refunds will be issued after this period unless a genuine health issue or employment issue arises that prevents you from continuing the sessions. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and documentation may be required.
• In exceptional circumstances, such as illness or unavailability due to bereavement or other commitments, inappropriate behaviour by the client, actual or potential conflict of interest, or other reasons, Cathy Coyle, under Enodia Global Ltd. can decide to terminate the service to the client early or refuse or be unable to provide further coaching sessions to the client. In such a circumstance the client will be given reasonable notice of termination by Cathy Coyle, Enodia Global Ltd. where practicable will be refunded any advance payments made for coaching sessions not yet provided.

Retreats

Cathy Coyle, DRAOI operating under Enodia Global Ltd, is a small, independent business, and each reservation is very important to us. We invest a significant amount of love, time, and energy in organizing our retreats, and we also make non-recoverable payments in advance to make them happen. Therefore, please read our terms and conditions carefully before you book. By transferring your deposit, you indicate that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions on this page.

Booking and Payment:

To secure your space on a Solo or Group Residential retreat, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Your space is only confirmed once we have received this payment and you have received a booking confirmation email from us. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of making your reservation, please contact us at info@cathycoyle.com.

Retreat Cancellation Policy:

• The balance of the full retreat investment is due 50 days before the retreat start date. No refunds will be allowed after this date unless your space is filled by someone on the waitlist upon your withdrawal request.
• For solo retreats you do have the option to transfer to an alternative date and this can be accomodated up to 48 hours before retreat start date in case of genuine emergecy, any expenses incurred for venue rental, retreat costs such as food and guest facilitator fees, travel and air travel will be deducated and balance can be carried forward to an alterntive date, no refunds allowed.
• In the case of group retreats you may transfer your booking to a suitable friend; please contact Cathy to discuss the transfer. This is not an option for solo retreats.
• Travel insurance is recommended for international guests to cover any issues that may prevent travel to the retreat or expenses incurred while overseas.
• We are unable to offer refunds or transfers if you cannot attend the retreat due to natural circumstances such as weather or road conditions. The retreat will proceed for those who can attend, and all associated costs (rent, staff, food, etc.) will still need to be covered.

Change or Cancellation of a Retreat:

• If we are forced to change the retreat dates or cancel a retreat due to circumstances within our control, you may choose to transfer to another retreat or receive a full refund.
• If the retreat is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as an act of God or changes in national COVID regulations, you will be offered a transfer to a future retreat date.

Cost:
The retreat price includes all meals & accommodation, yoga, energy work, shamanic offerings & teachings, and transport (excluding airport transfer). Air travel is not included.

Photography and Social Media:
During the retreat, photographs may be taken for promotional purposes. By attending, you agree to allow photographs of yourself to be used in DRAOI's promotional materials. We will use discretion in capturing and selecting images, ensuring they are respectful and non-intrusive.

Acknowledgment of Services

I understand that the services I will be receiving from Cathy Coyle/DRAOI and the team/guest facilitators are not offered as a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or medical conditions. I also understand that Cathy is not acting as a mental health counselor or a medical professional.

Disclosure of Medical History

I agree to disclose my medical history or previous incidences of mental illness to Cathy. Where applicable and upon request, I will ask for clearance from my medical or mental health professional before beginning to work with Cathy and the DRAOI team.

Personal Responsibility

I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my well-being during my sessions, and subsequently, including my choices and decisions.

Model of Transpersonal Coaching

I understand that this model of Transpersonal Coaching is premised on a Psycho-Spiritual Perspective. Within this model, there are core elements that include Shamanic practices, Breath Work, Energy Work, and Meditative States, with Cathy's practice built on Nondual Spiritual foundations.

Purpose of Comments and Ideas

I understand that all comments and ideas offered by Cathy are solely to aid me in achieving my personal evolution. I can give my informed consent and hereby give such consent to Cathy to assist me in achieving flourishing, understanding that results are not guaranteed.

Confidentiality and Legal Exceptions

I understand that Cathy will protect my information as confidential unless I state otherwise in writing. If I report child, elder abuse, or neglect, or threaten to harm myself or someone else, I understand that necessary actions will be taken, and my confidentiality agreement will be limited in this capacity. Furthermore, if Cathy is ordered by a court to provide information or to testify, she will do so to the extent the law requires.

Technology and Confidentiality Risks

I understand that the use of technology is not always secure, and I accept the risks of confidentiality in the use of email, text, phone, Skype, and other technology.

Release and Waiver

I hereby release, waive, acquit, and forever discharge Cathy Coyle/DRAOI, any agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs, and employees from every claim, suit, action, demand, or right to compensation for damages I may claim to have or that I may have arising out of acts or omissions by myself or by Cathy as a result of the advice given by Cathy Coyle/DRAOI or otherwise resulting from the professional relationship contemplated by this agreement.

Entire Agreement

I further declare and represent that no promise, inducement, or agreement not expressed in this agreement has been made to me to sign this agreement. This agreement shall bind my heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns, and agents.

Acknowledgment of Risk

By participating in any of the coaching, retreats, DRAOI facilitations, online trainings, in-person programs, or related activities ("Programs") offered through this website by Cathy Coyle, the DRAOI Team, Guest Facilitators, and ENODIA GLOBAL LTD, you acknowledge that such activities may involve physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual exercises that carry inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, physical injury, illness, or medical conditions, as well as emotional and psychological challenges.

Assumption of Risk

You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage, or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by you as a result of participating in the Programs, whether such risks are known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen.

Release and Waiver

You agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Cathy Coyle, the DRAOI Team, Guest Facilitators, ENODIA GLOBAL LTD, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to your participation in the Programs. This includes, but is not limited to, claims arising from negligence, personal injury, illness, or property damage.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cathy Coyle, the DRAOI Team, Guest Facilitators, ENODIA GLOBAL LTD, and their representatives from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney’s fees, that may result from your participation in the Programs, to the extent caused by your actions or negligence.

Medical Disclaimer

The Programs offered through this website are not intended to replace professional medical or psychological advice. You should consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new physical, emotional, or spiritual practice, particularly if you have any pre-existing medical conditions. You are responsible for disclosing any relevant health information to the facilitators.

You take full responsibility fro yourself, outcomes and experienes ignited within any of the works undertaken.

By accessing, purchasing or engaging with any services, in person or online, or any self led works undertaken by self as part of guidance offered in any programs guided by Cathy Coyle, DRAOI under the registered compamy ENODIA GLOBAL LTD., you agree to the terms outlined in this Hold Harmless Agreement, as well as the full Terms & Conditions of this website. Your continued use of the site signifies your acceptance of these terms.
