    Transpersonal Coaching

    Transpersonal Psychology is concerned with humanity's highest potential, and with the recognition, understanding, and realization of unitive, spiritual and transcendent states of consciousness. Many individuals are now identifying with more holistic ways of living, exploring transcendental experiences and the nature of spirituality in a safe and non-judgemental environment can provide a catalyst for integrating your experiences to your daily life and wider social systems.

     

    Together, we co-create a medium which facilitates exploration, discovery and healing within a protected space. Through transpersonal interventions, we allow freedom to access altered states of consciousness; encompassing the experience of physical, emotional and spiritual self; the psyche’s shadow; interpersonal dynamics; and perceptions of interconnectedness beyond one’s self-constructs.

    Our practice looks at the body as an entire system, where meditation forms a cornerstone for aligning all elements of your being, and the portal through which we may access altered states and heightened awareness. Through cultivating this practice we anchor in a true change to all aspects of your life.

     

    Breath Work

    Breathwork is a combination of ancient wisdom and modern science. It is an intuitive art, a healing art, a creative art, a revolutionary and evolutionary art. It represents the cutting edge of the human potential movement.

    Accessing natural psychedelic states through breathwork allows us to delve deeper into the hidden layers of your being. My breathwork facilitation is based upon the Breath Wave Model (TM) developed by Robin Clements and merges with Phoenix Breathwork an ancient Celtic Breath tradition.

    The science of applying breath awareness exercises and conscious breathing techniques opens a force for growth, and change—in spirit, mind, and body.
